Ingredients

Water, thickener (gum arabic), Frankincense extract, zinc gluconate, natural wildberry flavor (with wildberry extract), acidifier (ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).

• Thereof Boswellic acids 17 mg

Frankincense is extracted from various species of Boswellia, found mainly in some parts of Africa, Arabia and India. Cutting into the trunk and branches causes a sticky and milky liquid to seep out, which is then air-dried. The first harvests take place between March and April, but yield only a rather inferior frankincense resin. Only after another three to four weeks can a resin with a higher quality be obtained, which is increased with each subsequent harvest. Jala-Life uses only frankincense resin that is carefully harvested by hand in a very late harvest, which ensures a high degree of purity.

Jala-Life coats the frankincense extract with a purely vegetable formulation so that the frankincense extract from the frankincense resin, which is insoluble in water in and of itself, can be dissolved in water. Due to the coating with acacia resin, the plant extracts and vital substances are protected from gastric acid. Once in the small intestine, the Jala-Life frankincense can better distribute itself on the surface of the small intestine (mucus). Jala-Life achieves this completely without the addition of questionable excipients and bioenhancers (substances that increase the bioavailability of active ingredients) such as polysorbates or piperine.
