Shipping Terms
1. Shopping basketIf you want to order products, click on the button "add to shopping basket". Your product(s) appear in the shopping cart. You can adjust the number of products on the shop page or in the shopping cart. You can remove products that are in the shopping cart at any time.
2. Checkout
When you have checked the products in the shopping cart and want to order, click on the "Checkout" button (or similar). We have summarized your order for verification. If the information in the order overview is correct, please select how you would like to pay for your order.
3. Sign in
Members and customers log in with the e-mail address and a password. If you are neither a customer nor a member, you will be asked to enter your data during the ordering process or fill it out on the shop page under "Become a member". When registering, your data will be treated in accordance with the data protection regulation. After that, simply continue by clicking on "continue".
4. Check billing delivery address / select payment method
Please check all information, especially the billing address and, if applicable, the delivery address if this does not match the billing address. If everything is correct, you now have the option to select the payment method. Here Jala-Life offers you different payment options. These are PayPal, advance payment, SOFORT, direct transfer or credit card payment. Then click on ânextâ to complete the process.
5. Complete the ordering process / terms and conditions and data protection
Your data recorded in the ordering process will be listed again. Finally, confirm the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy and click on "order with obligation to pay" (or similar). You have now completed your order. The products will be delivered to the registered delivery address in a few days.
6. Confirmation of the order
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the invoice after you have placed your order. An order number is included. If you have any questions afterwards, you can contact us with your order number. Please keep the email.
